GREENSBORO – International lifestyle retailer Urban Outfitters (UO) released a traditionally Black school and college (HBCU) unique capsule selection this 7 days, with models produced with summer months interns from chosen HBCUs together with North Carolina Agricultural and Technological State University.

Elizabeth Newcomb Hopfer, Ph.D., associate professor of style merchandising and layout, is honored that a single of her students was picked to participate in the UO Summer season Course 2021.
“This experience will enable her to glow in the brighter, additional inclusive vogue business of the future while providing her and other Summertime Class participants the opportunity to rejoice the historic achievements of N.C. A&T and other HBCUs,” she claimed.
